Brenda Sue (Holbert) Smith, 67, wife of the late Douglas Wayne Smith, Sr. passed away on December 18, 2021, at her home.
Brenda was born on December 28, 1953 in Staunton to the late Kenneth Thomas Holbert, Sr and Shirley (Lucas) Painter.
She loved hunting, fishing, and family.
She is survived by her sons; Michael Smith (Kandice), David Smith (Peggy), and Douglas II “Dougie” Smith (Lauren); sisters, Yvonne Harvey and Sandra Dubowski; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; a very special aunt, Lyndell Loan; and a sister-in-law, Karen Griffin.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Thomas Holbert, Jr.
Services will be private.
Arrangements are being handled by Henry Funeral Home.
