GERALD W. HITE STUARTS DRAFT, VA Gerald Wade Hite, 51, husband of Susan Gaye Hite of 110 Dodge Street, died Sunday, August 28, 2011, at his residence. He was born August 10, 1960, in Plattsmouth, Nebraska a son of Freda (Wolfe) Hite of Verona and the late Dallas Wilson Hite. Mr. Hite was a driver for Reo Distribution. He attended Destiny Family Center. In addition to his wife and mother, family members include a son, Jerry Wade Hite of Verona; a daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer H. and Nick Coffey of Lyndhurst; four brothers, Ronald D. Hite, James W. Hite, Robert J. Hite, and Donald W. Hite; a sister, Janette Hite Spencer; two brothers-in-law, Robb Endthoff and Daniel Endthoff, both of Illinois; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Betty and Gene Endthoff of Illinois; and three grandchildren, Isaac, Asher, and Noah. A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, September 2, 2011, in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel ( www.henryfuneralhome.net ) by the Rev. Chuck Balsamo. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Ronnie Layne, Tony Weeks, Mike Elliott, Dallas Hite, Randy Spencer, Chris Tutwiler, and Gordon Reubush. Honorary pallbearers will be his brothers. The family will receive friends from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. Thursday, September 1, 2011, in the funeral home and other times at the home of his mother, 43 Ardmore Lane, Verona.
