Joe Ann H. Stouffer
Joe Ann (Hodge) Stouffer, 73, passed away on January 30, 2022 at Shenandoah Hospice House.
Ms. Stouffer was born on June 18, 1948 to the late Aubrey Lawrence Hodge and Dora Elizabeth (Jackson) Hodge.
Joe Ann worked as a hostess at Kathy’s Restaurant for 25 years. She attended Calvary Baptist Church and loved playing bingo at the Moose Lodge. All who knew her said she was a kind and generous soul. She loved being a grandmother and loved her grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons, Howard Lynn Robertson and wife Sharon of Covington, Christopher Lee Robertson and wife Deanna of Walnut Springs, TX, and Donald “Peedee” Stouffer and Michelle Michael of Greenville; her sister, Cordia George and husband Danny; her grandchildren, Logan Robertson, Cameron Robertson, and Christopher Stouffer; a number of nieces and nephews; and family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Winfield Jay Robertson; and her brothers, Aubrey “Sonny” Hodge, James Hodge, Charles Hodge, and Richard Hodge.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 6, 2022 from 4-6 P.M. at Henry Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be conducted on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel by Reverend Bobby Campbell.
