JOHN EDWIN TRIMBLE STAUNTON, VA John Edwin Trimble, 57, of 36 Oakmont Drive, Staunton, died Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at his residence. Mr. Trimble was born on September 8, 1954, in Augusta County, a son of William W. Trimble of Waynesboro and the late Callie Amelia (Anthony) Trimble. In addition to his father, Mr. Trimble is survived by a brother, Douglas W. Trimble of Staunton, and an uncle, Giles B. Trimble of Waynesboro. In 2010, Mr. Trimble retired from Western State Hospital, where he had worked for 37 years. He was a life-long member of Hebron Presbyterian Church. A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Hebron Presbyterian Church Cemetery by Rev. Frank Wyche, to be followed by a Memorial service at 2 p.m. in the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Hebron Presbyterian Church, c/o Mike Ruleman, 423 Hebron Road, Staunton, VA 24401. Family will receive friends at Henry Funeral Home, 1030 W. Beverley Street, Staunton, on Friday, September 30, 2011, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
