HANNASTAUNTON, VA...Katherine Virginia (Pultz) Hanna, 92, widow of Robert M. Hanna, of Staunton, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 18, 2016, at Brookdale Assisted Living.She was born December 21, 1923, in Cornwall, a daughter of the late David C. and Lina (Mason) Pultz.Mrs. Hanna was a member of Calvary Assembly of God.Family members include a sister, Gladys Hailey of Staunton and several nieces and nephews.In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by five sisters, Ellen, Louetta, Mae Bell, Clara, Effie, and a brother, Walter Pultz, Sr.A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 22, 2016, in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Larry Strickler. Burial will follow in Augusta Memorial Park.Active pallbearers will be Walter Pultz, Gary Pultz, Greg Smith, Joel Smith, Richard Rankin, Dwayne Burns, and Jr. Bennett (Alternate).The family will receive friends from 6:30 until 8 p.m. on Thursday, January 21, 2016, in the funeral home and other times at the home of her niece, Marilyn, 1864 F Springhill Road, Staunton.
