Lila Fair Seale

LILA F. SEALE SWOOPE, VA Lila Fair Seale, 93, widow of John Seale, went to be with Lord on Sunday, September 18, 2011 at the residence of her daughter, Nancy Williams. She was born June 8, 1918 in Hot Springs, a daughter of the late Samuel and Mary Catherine (Rose) Wolfe. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, William "Bill" Lotts; a brother, Lonnie Wolfe; two sisters, Goldie Thomas and Faye Hart; and two grandchildren, Phillip Booth, Jr. and Timothy Moran. Family members include four sons, Shuey, Jimmy, and Jerry Lotts, and John Seale, Jr.; three daughters, Betty Batman, Nancy Williams, and Shirley Booth; a step-daughter, Juanita Colvin; three sisters, Lillian Booth, Betty Richardson, and Nonie Powell; twenty-one grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren; and three great, great, grandchildren; and special friends Betty Wimer and Ronnie Hostetter. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at Augusta Memorial Park by Pastors Ray Eppard and Bill Gram. Active pallbearers will be her grandsons.
