Paul W. Schooley

Paul William Schooley, 49, passed away on June 5, 2022 at his home.

Paul was born on on August 30, 1972 in Louisville, KY to Robert “Mike” and Linda (Clark) Schooley.

Paul was severely handicapped following an accident at age ten. Prior to his accident he attended Verona and Riverheads elementary schools. He then attended VSDB in Staunton and Hampton.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Jane Griffin; his niece and nephew, Nina Griffin and Nick Griffin; his aunts and uncles, Donald Clark, Kyle Clark, Charles Schooley (Ann), Caroline Farber, David Schooley (Betty), Barbara Gough, and Wayne Schooley (Laura); and a number of cousins.

The family wishes to thank his caregivers, Denise Mutherspaw and Jim Pysell for their many years of faithful service. Also, thanks to the nurses and doctors at Staunton Dialysis for their loving care.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at 5:00 P.M. at the home of Charles and Ann Schooley, 210 Folly Mills Station Rd., Staunton, 24401.
