Roberta B. Wever
Roberta Jean Barkhimer Wever, wife of John Raymond Wever, passed away on Friday March 24, 2023, at Augusta Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Fishersville.
She was born on February 3, 1952, in Johnstown, PA, a daughter of the late Robert Lewis and Dorothy Sivick Barkhimer.
She retired from Western State Hospital with over thirty years of service as a LPN.
Roberta enjoyed camping and was a Mary Kay Consultant for many years.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a sister, Doreen Wright, of Pennsylvania; three nieces, Cindy, Candy, and Christine; and a nephew, Bill Wright.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Shirck.
The family will receive friends on Thursday March 30, 2023 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Henry Funeral Home in Staunton, VA.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, Inc., 921 Menoher Blvd., Johnstown, PA
A graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday April 5, 2023, at 2:00 PM in Grandview Cemetery, 801 Millcreek Road, Johnstown, PA 15905.
