Sandra Sue "Sandy" Mccoy
Sandra Sue “Sandy” McCoy, 59, wife of Michael Allen McCoy, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 19, 2022. She was in UVA Medical Center and died from complications of heart surgery.
Sandy was born on December 25, 1962 to the late John and Gloria (Dovel) Borders.
She worked in customer service at the Marshall’s Distribution Center for 20 years. In her free time, she loved to watch motorcycle racing with her husband.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her brother, Bennie Borders (Sabrina); her brother-in-law, Earl McCoy, Jr. (Sandy Ann); her nephew, Bennie “Little Man” Borders; three nieces, Jasmine Borders, Shannon McCoy, and Tara McCoy, one great-nephew, William McCoy; and a number of special family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Kitty Dovel.
There will be no service at this time.
