Mrs. Reed was born on August 27, 1959 in Washington, DC to Mary (Kelly) Culpeper and the late William B. Culpeper.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a brother, Billy Culpeper and wife, Terri; three sisters, Barbara Wilson, Patricia Sturgeon, and Lori Culpeper; four sons, Reuben “Gene” McLaughlin, William Joseph Culpeper and wife, Wendy, Richard Culpeper, and Anthony Culpeper; a daughter, Jennifer Culpeper and husband, Marcus Hubbard; 13 grandchildren, William, Hannah, Destiny, “RJ”, Bryan, Lailynn, Gabby, Tyler, Emily, Evan Scooter, Bekka, Ryan, Hayley and Reuben McLaughlin, Jr.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by a brother, Gregory Lee Culpeper, Sr.
