William H. Drumheller

William Hensel Drumheller, 82, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023, at King's Daughters Community Health and Rehabilitation Center in Staunton.

He was born in Staunton on June 21, 1941, to the late William Forrest and Mary Ellen Miller Drumheller.

Throughout his life, William was known for his dedication to his craft as a brick mason. His skill and expertise were evident in the many structures he helped build throughout the years.

In addition to his successful career, William was a veteran of the United States Army. His service to his country demonstrated his commitment and love for the nation he called home.

He will be greatly missed by his surviving family members, including his son, Jay Edward Drumheller; his grandchildren, Lacey Iskrzak, Parker Drumheller, and Rebecca Drumheller; two great-grandchildren; and his brother, Thomas "Skidy" Edward Drumheller.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Duane Forrest Drumheller; his brothers, James Wilson, Roy "Pee Wee" Lee, and Johnny Drumheller, and his sister, Kathleen Faye Drumheller Knott.
